Rory Jakes

Rory Jakes is an accomplished technical writer and training specialist with extensive experience in quality assurance and systems testing across various high-profile companies. At C Squared Systems, LLC since November 2018, Rory has contributed to technical writing, help development, and marketing. Previously, Rory worked at Agile Defense, Inc. as a technical writer and training specialist, developing training materials for maintenance and data center management. Rory has held positions as a quality assurance engineer at BAE Systems and a senior quality assurance engineer at Raytheon, where responsibilities included conducting audits, inspections, and implementing corrective actions. Rory's background also includes tenure as a senior systems test engineer and senior technical writer at Lockheed Martin. Academically, Rory holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems Security from the University of Phoenix and a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Gonzaga University.
