Jessi Carroll

Jessi Carroll is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership roles within the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at C-SUITE PARTNERS PL since November 2022, Jessi focuses on executive search and advisory services across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, Jessi held various leadership positions at Medibank from May 2014 to November 2022, including Head of Talent Inclusion & Engagement for Amplar Health and Head of Executive Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included leading talent acquisition teams and supporting the organization's strategic people initiatives. Early career experiences include roles at firms such as Who Group, Derwent Executive, Robert Walters, and IPA Personnel, specializing in recruitment across diverse sectors including finance and project management. Jessi holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Griffith University, earned between 2015 and 2019.
