Martin Spitznagel has a diverse work experience in instructional design, multimedia development, and graphic design. Martin started their career at 1905 Productions as an Avid Editor, working on a development trailer. Martin then worked as a Mac Specialist at Apple Inc. In 2007, they joined PerformTech, Inc. as a Junior Instructional Designer and later became an Instructional Designer. Martin developed over 1,000 hours of instructor-led and e-Learning products for various clients. In 2012, they joined GP Strategies Corporation as a Graphic Design Specialist, where they created multimedia artifacts, designed documents, developed web-based training modules, and managed video production. Martin also provided SharePoint support. Martin joined Cybermedia Technologies, Inc. (CTEC) in 2013 as the Director of Instructional Multimedia and Technology. Martin was responsible for designing, producing, and implementing multimedia solutions and spearheading the creation of a revenue-generating video production capability. Currently, they are a Learning Experience Designer at SweetRush Inc., where they develop award-winning learning experiences for clients in the technology sector using design tools like Miro, Figma, and Mural.

Martin Spitznagel attended Full Sail University from 2000 to 2001, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree in Film and Video. Martin later pursued their bachelor's degree at the University of Pittsburgh from 2002 to 2007, majoring in Creative Writing and Religious Studies.
