Ken Miller

Ken Miller is an experienced program manager with a strong background in energy and utilities privatization. Currently serving as the Energy and Utilities Privatization Program Manager at Versar, Inc. since September 2017, Ken manages the Air Force Utilities Privatization program, providing analysis of technical requirements and financial sustainability. Additionally, Ken has held the role of Senior Engineering Program Manager at C2 Technologies since August 2015, focusing on the utilities privatization program for the Air Force Civil Engineer. Ken's career in the United States Air Force spanned over three decades, where responsibilities included overseeing the maintenance, repair, and construction of Air Force Base facilities, ultimately leading a workforce of over 20,000 personnel. Ken holds an M.B.A. in Business/Managerial Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University, as well as an Associate's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Community College of the Air Force.
