Filipa Louro's work experience begins in 2008 when they worked as a Higher Technical Desk at Premium Travel Lda until 2009. Filipa then worked as a Técnica de Turismo at Alfaiate - Viagens por Medida Lda from 2010 to 2011. Filipa then joined GSM Portugal - PHTO Travel Consulting in 2011 and worked in roles such as SM and PHTO - SM | Corporate Customer Service until 2015. Filipa then joined TRAVELSTORE GROUP in 2016 and worked as a Business Travel Consultant until 2019. In 2019, Filipa transitioned to Lawrence's Hotel where they worked as a Sales Promoter until 2020. Currently, they are employed at C Teleport as a Customer Support Professional starting from 2021.

Filipa Louro pursued their education in a chronological manner, with their earliest recorded experience being from 2003 to 2007 at ESHTE. Here, they obtained their Graduation degree in Tourism Management. Following this, from 2009 to 2013, they attended ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa, where they completed an Executive Master's degree in Business Management.
