Scott Swope has over 25 years of experience in various roles and companies. Scott is the Founder and Managing Partner of C-to-B Suite, where they lead the M&A and Strategy practice areas. Scott specializes in B2B SaaS and works with lower and upper mid-market clients in the US and EMEA.

Scott has also served as a Board Advisor for Healthfusion.ai and as a Board Member for noXaos, an early-stage CRM Machine Learning/AI startup that was eventually acquired by TeleTech, Inc.

Prior to these roles, Scott was the Vice President of Product Strategy at Concentrix, where they managed a portfolio of cloud-based products and led a team of product managers. Scott was responsible for designing and chairing all governance processes for prioritizing investments across both on-premises and cloud-based solutions.

Scott also worked for Oracle as the Director of Product Strategy, where they developed strategies for Oracle's Customer Service 2.0 applications. Scott successfully launched one of the largest Siebel CRM Service product releases and created follow-on business plans for subsequent releases.

Before joining Oracle, Scott was a Partner and Senior Strategist at ALAPDA, Inc, where they served as the chief technology strategist for CRM engagements with large communication clients. Scott directed all technology assessment activities for a $40 million initiative at DISH.

Scott's earlier experience includes roles as a Partner in Business Development and Senior Strategy Consultant at Athens Group, Director of Pre-Sales and Business Development at PointServe, Manager of Emerging Technologies Research and Development at Motorola Solutions, and PowerBook Technical Specialist at Apple.

Throughout their career, Scott has demonstrated expertise in product management, product marketing, product strategy, and technology strategy.

Scott Swope holds a BA degree from Texas Tech University. Scott has also obtained a certification in Pragmatic Marketing at Level II from Pragmatic Marketing.
