Brad Hoek has an extensive background in Information Technology, with experience as a Manager of Information Technology at C-TRAN since July 2022, and previously as the Director of Information Technology and IT Manager at Murraysmith for over three decades. Additionally, Brad has experience in law enforcement as a Reserve Police Officer at Washougal Police Department and Ridgefield Police Department. Brad holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer-Aided Drafting Technology from ITT Technical Institute-Portland.

C-TRAN provides safe, efficient and reliable public transportation in Clark County and the Vancouver-Portland region. Our service includes Local bus routes within Clark County, Regional and Express routes to Portland, dial-a-ride Connector service and C-VAN paratransit service for passengers with disabilities. C-TRAN also launched the region's first bus rapid transit system, The Vine, in 2017. In 2019, C-TRAN was named North American Mid-Sized Transit System of the Year by the American Public Transportation Association. At C-TRAN, we believe we are more than just a transit agency.
