Julie Syring, MBA has held various financial roles in different companies such as C-TRAN and Port of Portland. Julie has also worked at KPMG as an Engagement Management Coordinator. Julie obtained their Master of Business Administration degree in Corporate Finance from Portland State University and a degree in International Studies, International Political Economy from the University of Washington.
C-TRAN
C-TRAN provides safe, efficient and reliable public transportation in Clark County and the Vancouver-Portland region. Our service includes Local bus routes within Clark County, Regional and Express routes to Portland, dial-a-ride Connector service and C-VAN paratransit service for passengers with disabilities. C-TRAN also launched the region's first bus rapid transit system, The Vine, in 2017. In 2019, C-TRAN was named North American Mid-Sized Transit System of the Year by the American Public Transportation Association. At C-TRAN, we believe we are more than just a transit agency.
