Kenneth Murray is an experienced professional in telecommunications and infrastructure management, currently serving as Infrastructure Manager at C-TRAN since November 2024. Previously, Kenneth held the position of Manager of Physical Infrastructure at TriMet from December 2019 to February 2024, and founded TDN Consulting Services, LLC, offering expertise in network design, business continuity, and construction support. Kenneth's extensive career includes significant roles such as Lead Engineering Manager at Google, where production of Make Ready Applications increased dramatically, Manager of Corporate Telecommunications at Avangrid Renewables, and various leadership positions at True Digital Networks, RIO Networks, and OnFiber/Qwest Communications. Kenneth's work has demonstrated a strong focus on enhancing network reliability, reducing costs, and supporting infrastructure projects across multiple agencies and markets.

C-TRAN provides safe, efficient and reliable public transportation in Clark County and the Vancouver-Portland region. Our service includes Local bus routes within Clark County, Regional and Express routes to Portland, dial-a-ride Connector service and C-VAN paratransit service for passengers with disabilities. C-TRAN also launched the region's first bus rapid transit system, The Vine, in 2017. In 2019, C-TRAN was named North American Mid-Sized Transit System of the Year by the American Public Transportation Association. At C-TRAN, we believe we are more than just a transit agency.
