Marcus D. is the owner of Davis Country Services (DCS), specializing in transportation and logistics. With a background in various roles including coach operator, dispatch supervisor, armed patrol officer, loss prevention manager, school bus driver, undercover shopper, and pipefitter, Marcus has gained a diverse skill set in customer service, security, transportation, and logistics. Marcus holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Pioneer Pacific College.

C-TRAN provides safe, efficient and reliable public transportation in Clark County and the Vancouver-Portland region. Our service includes Local bus routes within Clark County, Regional and Express routes to Portland, dial-a-ride Connector service and C-VAN paratransit service for passengers with disabilities. C-TRAN also launched the region's first bus rapid transit system, The Vine, in 2017. In 2019, C-TRAN was named North American Mid-Sized Transit System of the Year by the American Public Transportation Association. At C-TRAN, we believe we are more than just a transit agency.
