C-TRAN provides safe, efficient and reliable public transportation in Clark County and the Vancouver-Portland region. Our service includes Local bus routes within Clark County, Regional and Express routes to Portland, dial-a-ride Connector service and C-VAN paratransit service for passengers with disabilities. C-TRAN also launched the region's first bus rapid transit system, The Vine, in 2017.

In 2019, C-TRAN was named North American Mid-Sized Transit System of the Year by the American Public Transportation Association.

The Human Resources Team at C-TRAN is responsible for recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new employees; managing employee benefits and compensation; developing and enforcing company policies; and facilitating training and development programs.
