Their current position as System Administrator at the City of Vancouver involves ensuring the computing infrastructure meets business needs and industry standards. Raymond holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Western Governors University and an Associate's degree in Technical Support from Bellevue College.

C-TRAN provides safe, efficient and reliable public transportation in Clark County and the Vancouver-Portland region. Our service includes Local bus routes within Clark County, Regional and Express routes to Portland, dial-a-ride Connector service and C-VAN paratransit service for passengers with disabilities. C-TRAN also launched the region's first bus rapid transit system, The Vine, in 2017. In 2019, C-TRAN was named North American Mid-Sized Transit System of the Year by the American Public Transportation Association. At C-TRAN, we believe we are more than just a transit agency.
