Sandi Free

Sandi Free has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on recruiting, selection, and retention. Sandi has worked at C-TRAN since October 1988, currently holding the title of Human Resources Specialist. In addition, Sandi served as a Lead Administrative Assistant, overseeing the work of Administrative Assistants. Sandi also worked at Mervyns as an Office Clerk before joining C-TRAN. Sandi holds a certification in Personnel Psychology and HR Management from Washington State University, as well as an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from Clark College.
