Shafaq Haroon

Shafaq Haroon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Shafaq started their career in 2008 as a Software Engineer at University of Management and Technology. Shafaq then worked as a Software Engineer at Softech Systems (Private) Limited and later moved on to Speridian Technologies, where they contributed to the development of various web-based applications.

In 2010, Shafaq joined Xavor Pakistan as a Software Engineer, before transitioning to Systems Limited in 2012. At Systems Limited, they served as a Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum ceremonies and collaborating with product, engineering, and design teams to guide product development. Shafaq also held the role of Senior Software Engineer at Systems Limited, contributing to the development of multi-threaded web-based applications.

From 2016 to 2018, Shafaq worked at Acumen Technologies as a Scrum Master, where they provided visibility of deliverables to stakeholders and facilitated collaborative sessions to set realistic expectations for cross-team projects. Shafaq also played a role in forming the company's agile processes and resolving issues in production.

Following their time at Acumen Technologies, Shafaq joined The Knowledge Academy as an Agile Trainer, where they likely imparted their knowledge and expertise in Agile methodologies.

In 2021, Shafaq joined MMT Digital as a Scrum Master, before transitioning to C TWO (formerly RPA Supervisor) in 2023.
