Claudia Tattanelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic development within the branding and talent acquisition sectors. As the Founder and CEO of C-YourCulture since September 2020, Tattanelli drives initiatives related to organizational culture. Additionally, as an Executive Board Member of the Future Talent Council since April 2016, Tattanelli has played a crucial role in shaping global strategies and partnerships. Previously, Tattanelli served as Chairman of the Strategic Board at Universum for nearly a decade, focusing on business development and client expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Tattanelli also held the position of CEO at Nova Global from July 2009 to December 2010, where efforts were concentrated on connecting top talent with leading global organizations. Earlier in their career, Tattanelli was CEO of the Americas and Asia Pacific regions at Universum Group from August 1997 to June 2009, overseeing operations and multiple subsidiary groups. Claudia Tattanelli is a graduate of Università degli Studi di Firenze.
