Richard's earlier roles include Executive Vice President and Global SVP Employer Brand Consulting at TMP Worldwide, where leadership involved a global consulting team, and Managing Director at People in Business, the first employer brand consultancy. Experience also includes significant positions at Added Value and Research International, with foundational work as an actor and teacher in Sudan. Richard holds a BA in Anthropology from Durham University.
