Sergey Orekhov

Sergey Orekhov is currently the Head of Organizational Development & HR Administration at Ренессанс cтрахование, where they focus on organizational design and optimizing HR processes. Previously, they held various HR and organizational development roles at major companies, including VimpelCom and beeline Russia. Sergey has also contributed legal expertise at the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation and managed travel operations at Russian Seasons. They hold multiple degrees from the Russian State University for the Humanities, including a Master's degree in Human Resource Management.
