Jim Felicetti

Jim Felicetti has a rich and diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Their most recent role was as the Vice President of Business Development at ConvergeOne since July 2016. Prior to that, they served as the COO of SPS from November 2002 to March 2013, where they played a key role in driving significant growth and overseeing various departments. From May 2000 to November 2002, Jim was the Region President at Expanets, where they successfully led a turnaround, resulting in the company's acquisition by Avaya. Jim also held the position of Area Vice President at Lucent Technologies from March 1996 to May 2000, where they achieved outstanding results in revenue growth. Jim started their career at AT&T and served as a Branch Manager from November 1984 to February 1996.

Jim Felicetti participated in the Leadership Development Program at Lucent Technologies. Jim also obtained a Mini-MBA from The Wharton School.
