Rick Shafer

Rick Shafer has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Rick began their career in 1986 as the President of Creative Business Concepts (CBC), a VAR business that achieved recognition as one of the top 100 in the country. At CBC, they were responsible for managing all aspects of the business. In 2011, Rick joined Cisco Systems as an Account Manager, where they successfully generated growth across various product lines. Rick later moved on to SIGMAnet in 2013, serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales. In this role, they oversaw field sales and strategic partnerships, as well as the development of personnel. Most recently, Rick has been working with ConvergeOne since 2015 as the Regional Sales Director.

Rick Shafer attended The Ohio State University from 1973 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a specialization in General Management.
