Shaun McCurdy

Shaun McCurdy is a seasoned Senior Unified Communications Engineer at ConvergeOne Collaboration, a position held since July 2006, where responsibilities include designing and implementing contact center solutions, performing quality assurance, troubleshooting issues, mentoring clients, and improving processes through documentation.
