Steven Williams

Steven Williams is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in network architecture and solutions design. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at ConvergeOne since October 2020, Steven provides presales support for the Pacific region. Prior to this role, Steven accumulated over 24 years at Cisco Systems Inc. as a Solutions Architect, focusing on the development of complex customer care environments with an emphasis on multi-channel interactions and systems integration. Earlier career highlights include consulting for General Electric and the National Science Foundation, as well as engineering roles with the JvNCnet and the United States Navy. Steven holds a BS in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University and a BS in Business Administration and Management from Rider University.
