Phil Strzalka

Phil Strzalka is an executive leader with a purpose-driven approach, focused on maximizing market impact by building great businesses. With over two decades of experience, Phil served as Managing Director at Huron Consulting Group, leading organizational transformations for large institutions, and significantly improving their operations and culture. Currently, Phil holds the position of Business & Innovation Program Director at Wheaton Academy, while also chairing C12 Business Forums and serving on the board of Kids Alive International. Phil previously practiced law as a partner at Wildman Harrold Allen & Dixon LLP, where they specialized in compensation and benefits, and taught Employee Benefits Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law. Phil earned a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
