Thirunavukkarasu Shanmugam began their professional career in 2007 as a Senior QA Engineer at Virtusa India Pvt. Ltd. In 2013, they moved to HCL Technologies as a Test Lead, where they were responsible for Functional Test Automation with QTP and Selenium, as well as Test Planning and Estimation. In 2014, they transitioned to C1X Inc. as a Senior Product Manager.

Thirunavukkarasu Shanmugam received their M.Sc in Software Engineering from Anna University from 2002 to 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary from Bharathi Kalvi Nilayam from 1996 to 2002.
