Erica Conway is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and staffing solutions. As the Co-Founder of Talimer since January 2020, Conway focuses on connecting tech innovators with enterprises. Additionally, as the owner of C2 Graphics Productivity Solutions since January 2004, a creative staffing firm and Adobe Authorized Training Center, Conway emphasizes providing tailored training and staffing services to creative professionals. Previous roles include Sales, Staffing & Admin at MacPros Inc, where a business was successfully rebranded, and various positions in residential life at Indiana State University and Eastern Washington University. Conway holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Communications from Michigan State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
