Currently, Dave serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at C2 Solutions, specializing in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, and as the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Operative Flow Technologies, focusing on reducing surgical costs through optimization. Previously, Dave held key leadership roles, including Executive Vice President at VIP, where they managed a team of over 500 consultants, and Practice Director at Ambient Consulting. Dave's commitment to charitable work is evident through their role as a Governor for Opportunity International, where they supported micro-loans for entrepreneurs in developing communities. They hold degrees in Quantitative Methods and Computer Science from the University of Saint Thomas and Iowa State University.
