Charles "Aggie" Hogan is a retired Colonel from the United States Air Force with extensive experience in military strategy and operations. Currently serving as Associate Director at Raytheon since May 2022, Hogan also teaches as an Adjunct Instructor at Air War College since October 2020. Previous roles include Chief ISR Strategist at Apogee Engineering, LLC, and various high-level positions within the United States Air Force, including Director of INDOPACOM Force Employment and Vice Commander of NASIC. Education includes multiple Master's degrees in military strategic studies, operational art and science, and strategic intelligence, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University.
