Jan-Martin Nufer

Jan-Martin Nufer is the Vice President of Treasury and Funding at Borealis, a leading provider of innovative solutions in the fields of polyolefins, base chemicals, fertilizers and melamine, headquartered in Vienna. He has 25 years of international finance experience in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the United States, France, the Middle East and Africa. Jan-Martin has managed projects globally and led finance organizations with a wide variety of structures.

Jan-Martin has worked in companies ranging from startups to large multinationals, and in industries including banking, financial advisory, health, telecommunications, airlines, large conglomerates and petrochemicals, as well as in most fields within finance. Throughout his career, he has lectured at major finance and treasury events around the world.

He holds various management board positions and supervisory board mandates. He is the founding board member of the Austrian Corporate Treasury Association, board member of the European Association of Corporate Treasurers and a representative of the International Group of Treasury Associations.
