Janet Nail, MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic business operations and implementation. Currently serving as VP of Strategic Business Operations and Global Implementation at C2FO since February 2021, Janet has demonstrated leadership by rapidly advancing from Director of Implementation to VP within a short timeframe. Notable achievements include managing successful large-scale implementations for major clients like Apple and Walmart, significantly exceeding performance expectations. Prior to C2FO, Janet held management positions at ADP, overseeing a team responsible for delivering large projects to numerous clients annually, and at RR Donnelley, where comprehensive leadership roles included full P&L ownership and strategic growth initiatives. Janet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing and Management from Texas A&M University and an MBA from The University of Texas at El Paso.
