Jessie Fields

Jessie Fields is a founding member of Safe Space HR community and a contributor to the I Hate It Here newsletter. Prior to this role, Jessie served as a leadership coach at a self-employed position and also worked as a project coordinator at the University of Missouri-Columbia. Currently, Jessie holds the position of Director of Talent Development and DEI at C2FO, and has extensive experience in Learning & Development consulting at Hallmark Cards.
