Matt Konikowski

Matt Konikowski is a seasoned professional in business development and recruitment, currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Business Development at Digital Staffing Strategies since December 2017. In addition to this role, Matt has been a Strategic Recruiting Partner at C2R Ventures and is the Director of Investor Relations for Colombian Mountain Cannabis since April 2022. With a background in sales as a Global Sales Executive at Digital Movers, llc, and experience co-founding K2 Realty Holdings, Matt has also held roles such as Lead Recruiter at Futures Group and CEO of Great River Partners. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the State University of New York Maritime College.
