Vladimir Karpovich

Vladimir Karpovich is a seasoned professional in technical support and application development, currently serving as a Senior Developer Support Engineer at C3.ai since July 2014. Responsibilities include supporting developers on the C3 AI Suite platform by enabling new functionalities, resolving data integration issues, and fixing defects. Prior to this role, Vladimir held various positions at C3.ai, including Senior Product Support Specialist and Support Specialist, focusing on product and customer support. Vladimir's earlier experience includes serving as a Marketing Product Support Engineer at Agilent Technologies, where leadership was provided during the introduction of new products, and as a Staff Engineer/Technical Support Engineer at Varian, Inc., delivering high-level technical support and creating extensive technical documentation. Vladimir holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine, Kiev.
