Andrea Spriet began their career in 2003 with the United States Air Force as a Medical Logistics. In this role, they analyzed and administered supply operations and ensured in-use equipment asset inventories were accomplished. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security as a Lead Transportation Security Officer, performing effective duel function transportation security of passengers and baggage to protect the Nation's transportation system. In 2017, they joined Best Buy as an Advanced Repair Agent and Geek Squad Consultant, providing level 1 tech support for laptops, desktops, gaming consoles, and mobile devices. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Corsica Technologies as an Internal IT System Administrator, Office 365 and Azure Active Directory Administrator, and Service Technician. During this time, they also worked at Premier Networx as a Tier 2 Field Engineer, responsible for installation, repair, and maintenance of workstations, servers, peripherals, network equipment, and other devices. In 2020, they joined C3 Integrated Solutions + Steel Root as a Systems Consultant, helping DoD contractors achieve NIST 800-171 and CMMC compliance. Finally, in 2021, Andrea joined Augusta University Health as a Clinical Support Analyst and Support Analyst, providing first and second line support for applications, computing devices, integrated medical devices, network and telephony. In 2023, Andrea began working at C3 Integrated Solutions + Steel Root as a Technical Services Engineer - Level II.
Andrea Spriet has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Systems Networking and Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland Global Campus, which they obtained in 2021. Andrea also has a Masters of Arts in Intelligence Analytics from American Military University, which they obtained in 2012. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, which they obtained in 2007. Andrea also holds three certifications: Cerner Millennium: Architecture, Troubleshooting, and Issue Management (ATIM) from Cerner Corporation (2022), Cerner Millennium: Fundamentals from Cerner Corporation (2022), and Windows 10: Implementation from LinkedIn (2021).
