David Robinette has held various roles in the IT industry since 2013. In 2013, they worked as a Case Inventory Technician/ Latent Print Technician for AMERICAN SYSTEMS. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Help Desk Specialist for HP and CACI International Inc. In 2015, they also worked as a Desktop Support Engineer for Tuva, LLC. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a NOC Engineer for SOC Telemed. In 2018, they worked as a Technical Services Manager, Service Desk Manager, and Help Desk Lead for Frontline Managed Services. Currently, they work as a Service Delivery Manager and MSP Program Development Manager for C3 Integrated Solutions.
David Robinette received their Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from West Virginia University between 2009 and 2012. In 2013, they obtained an A+ certification from CompTIA in July. In 2014, they obtained a Security+ certification from CompTIA in May.
