Jeffrey Fielding

Jeffrey Fielding has a diverse work experience in various roles. Jeffrey started their career in 2011 as a Customer Service and Sales Representative at Acanac Inc. In 2017, they worked as a Property Manager at ezStorage Corporation, where they handled facility operations and vendor contracts. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Technical Support Advisor at ESET North America. Jeffrey then worked as a Help Desk Specialist at Aligned Technology Solutions, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 Helpdesk support and creating training material. Currently, they are working as a Technical Services Engineer- Level II at C3 Integrated Solutions.

Jeffrey Fielding obtained an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Germanna Community College between the years 2008 and 2010. In addition to their formal education, they have also obtained several certifications, including ConnectWise Control Basics and ConnectWise Service Technician from ConnectWise, with both certifications being obtained in December 2022. Furthermore, Jeffrey obtained a certification in Cybersecurity Awareness Training from ESET North America in October 2020.
