Shikha Jain

Shikha Jain is a dynamic professional with extensive experience in branding, operations, and event management. As the Founder and Curator of The Red Sparrow since August 2018, Shikha has a passion for storytelling and supporting storytellers. Currently serving as Manager of Branding and Alliances at C4 Events LLP since October 2017, responsibilities include managing the brand's presence across channels and establishing alliances within the entertainment industry. Previous roles include Operations at Lakme Fashion Week with 6Degree in February 2017, PR and Communication for Fashion Forward Dubai in April 2016, and Marketing Executive at Matrix International Group in mid-2015. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Fashion and Luxury Brand Management from FAD Academy and Bachelor's degrees in Financial Markets from both Thakur College of Science and Commerce and the University of Mumbai. Shikha's foundational education includes a Junior College degree in Science (Biology) from Mithibai College.
