Adrienne Kasmally is a dedicated research professional with extensive experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. Currently serving as Research Coordinator II at C4 Innovations since April 2020, Kasmally has successfully developed interview protocols, managed data collection via platforms such as REDCap and Survey Monkey, and produced various research outputs including proposals and manuscripts. Prior to this role, Kasmally held positions such as Relief Counselor at Open Sky Community Services and Research Assistant at both Pathways for Change and Clark University, where collaboration on research projects and support for individuals in crisis were key responsibilities. Kasmally holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Clark University and has a background that encompasses work in community services, education, and youth mentoring.
