Effy Donovan is a seasoned Research Associate II at C4 Innovations, with extensive experience in coordinating research, evaluation, and training projects aimed at facilitating lasting change for communities impacted by substance use, mental illness, trauma, and housing instability. Responsibilities include serving as co-investigator on federally and state-funded projects, developing and implementing rigorous research methodologies, and leading qualitative data collection for major grants. Previous roles include Research Associate I and Research/Program Assistant, as well as editorial and communications internships at Fordham Law School and the New York Civil Liberties Union. Effy Donovan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Gender Studies from Fordham University.
