Kimberly Noerager

Director Project Management Office at C4 Innovations

Kimberly Noerager has extensive experience in project management and analysis. Kimberly started their career as an Evaluator and Presidential Management Fellow at the US Department of Transportation. From there, they worked as a Program Analyst at the Volpe Center and then as a Support Specialist at Weston Nurseries. Since 2012, they have been working at C4 Innovations, initially as an Analyst and currently as the Director of the Project Management Office. In this role, they lead a team responsible for creating online training products, manages a portfolio of projects, collaborates with stakeholders, and manages grant applications. Kimberly has successfully implemented streamlined processes, improved risk management, and achieved significant cost savings.

Kimberly Noerager received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A) degree in International Relations from Tufts University between 1987 and 1991. Kimberly then pursued further education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Master's degree in Public Administration (MPA) with a specialization in Urban Planning. Prior to their university education, they attended Northfield Mt. Hermon from 1984 to 1987, although no degree or field of study information was provided for this period.

In addition to their formal education, Kimberly Noerager obtained a certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in March 2019.
