Lonnie McAdoo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, community programs, and education in health-related fields. Currently serving as Project Director at Justice Resource Institute since January 2019, Lonnie also holds a part-time on-call position and roles as an associate and trainer at the Center for Social Innovation, where expertise includes conducting trainings on HIV, viral hepatitis, opioid overdose prevention, medication-assisted treatment, and harm reduction. Previous roles include Director of Child and Youth Violence Prevention at the Massachusetts Department of Public Health and Associate Director of Community Programs at AIDS Action Committee of MA, where responsibilities included coordinating youth-focused initiatives. Lonnie's early career involved coordinating adolescent services and providing workshops on student rights and leadership skills within educational settings. Lonnie earned a BFA in Theater Arts from Boston University.
