Nayenday Thurman

Chief Operating Officer at C4 Innovations

Nayenday Thurman has a diverse range of work experience. They began their career as an Office Manager at The Schott Foundation for Public Education in 1999. They were promoted to the position of Director of Administration and Finance at Pioneer Institute in 2005, before moving on to become the Director of Economic Development Programs at the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, Executive Office of Housing & Economic Development in 2006. In 2012, they joined C4 Innovations as the t3 Marketing and Sales Director, and later transitioned to the role of Director of Operations. Finally, in 2015, Nayenday Thurman took on the position of Chief Operating Officer at C4 Innovations, where they were responsible for overseeing various departments and supporting the finance team.

Nayenday Thurman completed a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from the University of Massachusetts Lowell from 2001 to 2004. Later, from 2007 to 2011, Nayenday pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Additionally, in 2008, Nayenday participated in the Emerging Leaders Fellow program at UMass Boston.
