Beatrice Francesca Orante

Beatrice Francesca Orante is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and public service innovation. Currently serving as the Regional Engagement Manager for Asia at C40 Cities since December 2022, Beatrice previously held the position of Associate Project Officer at the Development Academy of the Philippines, where responsibilities included overseeing the Capability Development team and leading various projects focused on citizen-centered services and digital transformation. Additional roles include Trade and Industry Development Specialist at the Department of Trade and Industry, Junior Consultant at the Department of the Interior and Local Government, and Researcher/Community Organizer at Rappler. Beatrice holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Ateneo de Manila University and a Certificate in Social Sciences and the Humanities from Sciences Po.
