C4Impact Advisory Group is a mission-driven social enterprise dedicated to accelerating Africa’s food systems transformation. Founded by Dr. Agnes Kalibata and co-led by a team of experienced women leaders, C4Impact partners with governments, development agencies, and the private sector to translate resources into results -- connecting ideas, people, and investment to drive inclusive growth, resilience, and food security.

Building on decades of experience in agricultural transformation, climate finance, and delivery systems strengthening, our team supports partners to design and implement context-specific, scalable solutions across public and private sectors. From flagship national programs and institutional reform to climate-smart investment and private-sector engagement, C4Impact helps turn strategies into measurable, lasting impact.

Rooted in Africa and guided by an abundance mindset, we believe the continent has the knowledge, innovation, and leadership needed to secure its food future. Our role is to help unlock it — by convening stakeholders, strengthening systems, and enabling partnerships that transform ambition into action.
