Paul Blaney

Paul Blaney has extensive experience in project management and medicinal chemistry in the pharmaceutical industry. Paul currently works as an Associate Director of Project Management at C4X Discovery Ltd, where they manage the delivery of project goals and budgets for pre-clinical projects. Previously, they held the role of Drug Discovery Project Manager at C4X Discovery Ltd, with a focus on chemistry outsourcing and troubleshooting. Prior to that, Paul worked at Concept Life Sciences, Peakdale Molecular, Argenta Discovery, SAFC, Organon Pharmaceuticals, Evotec, and Sanofi in positions ranging from Research Leader to Senior Chemist.

Paul Blaney has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Applied Chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University, which they obtained between the years 1991 to 1995. Following this, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Organic Chemistry at the University of Leeds from 1997 to 2000.
