Prior leadership roles include Chief Operating & Financial Officer at Research Innovations Incorporated, Chief Financial Officer at MGAC, and Strategic Client Advisor at Barrington Oaks LLC. Brian's extensive experience includes senior financial positions at Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions and Raytheon Technologies, among others, with a strong background in P&L oversight, financial controls, and strategic advisory in sectors including aerospace, defense, and construction consulting. Brian holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Wayne State University.
