Bettie Davenport

Bettie Davenport is an accomplished Functional Analyst II with extensive experience in information technology strategy and program management. Currently employed at C5T Corporation since June 2013, Bettie develops and implements tailored Joint Event Life Cycles for USTRANSCOM training events, managing fiscal planning for substantial budgets. Additionally, Bettie serves in the Navy Reserve Personnel Command, overseeing staffing plans and budget estimations for a unit of over 70 personnel.
