Bettie Davenport is an accomplished Functional Analyst II with extensive experience in information technology strategy and program management. Currently employed at C5T Corporation since June 2013, Bettie develops and implements tailored Joint Event Life Cycles for USTRANSCOM training events, managing fiscal planning for substantial budgets.
