Kim Chatrath

Kim Chatrath is an experienced HR professional with a background in recruitment, employee relations, learning and development, engagement, restructures, reward, and managing relationships. Kim has held various HR roles at companies such as Arcadia Group Ltd, Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc, npower, and O2. Kim currently serves as the Chief People Officer at C80 Group, providing HR support to a large number of employees in a fast-paced environment.
