Opening in Spring 2026 on the frontline of Marbella’s Golden Mile, Ca Marein brings together a restaurant and a beachfront space with sunbeds and umbrellas, creating a seamless experience from sunlit afternoons to relaxed dinners by the sea.

Envisioned as a relaxed coastal restaurant, Ca Marein is informal in spirit yet thoughtful in execution, designed as a place for locals first, while remaining a destination worth travelling for. 

The kitchen is led by Emanuele Pollini, twice named Best Italian Chef by Gambero Rosso (2020 and 2024). Born in Cesena, he trained at the Istituto Alberghiero Pellegrino Artusi and built his career in Michelin-starred kitchens including Martin Berasategui in Spain and Maaemo in Norway. In 2023, he opened Pollini at Ladbroke Hall in Notting Hill to critical acclaim.

At Ca Marein, the menu draws on modern Italian and Mediterranean traditions with a focus on fish and seafood, celebrating fresh ingredients, simple techniques and clean, honest flavours.
