Sajita Sreerangam Pillai has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Sajita began their career in 2009 as a Recruiter at BEST BRAIN TECHNOLOGIES & RESOURCES PVT. LTD. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at Emerson, where they held the positions of HR Associate (Recruitments) and Executive -Human Resources (Recruitments). In 2016, they joined Reqroute, Inc as a Technical Recruiter (Remote) and worked there until 2018. In 2019, they started working at CA-One Tech Cloud as a Sr Technical Recruiter (Remote) and later took on the roles of Lead Technical Recruiter and Manager - Recruitment. In 2022, they joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Technical Sourcing Recruiter.
