Jennifer Devereux

Jennifer Devereux, CHRL, is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as Managing Director of Talent Acquisition at CPP Investments since July 2024. With a strong background in global team leadership, Jennifer has previously held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at OMERS from September 2021 to June 2024, focusing on talent attraction across various investment sectors and real estate. Prior roles include Senior Manager and Manager of Talent Acquisition at Rogers Communications, as well as management positions at Dream Unlimited and The Home Depot Canada, where Jennifer also contributed in human resources functions. Jennifer began professional experience as a Human Resources Coordinator at MLSE and earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from the University of Guelph.
