Justin Thomas

Justin Thomas is a seasoned data engineer currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at CPP Investments since October 2023. Previously, Justin worked at Clariant as a Consultant - Data Engineer, where development and optimization of AWS datalake ETL pipelines resulted in an 80% reduction in time and 20% in costs. As a Senior Analyst in Big Data & Business Intelligence at General Mills, Justin developed pipelines with Spark and Python, and led a team to migrate systems from SAP HANA to a DataLake. Earlier career experiences include analyzing data and developing system documentation at Pragmatix Services, and working as a Talend ETL and SQL developer during an internship. Justin holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications from SIES College of Management Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from SIES College of Arts Science and Commerce.
